You've made some changes in the site in the past years, but left the old style available for those who didn't want to change to the revision, how great is that??? Unlike eBay that has adopted the motto, "If it isn't broke, fix it until it IS!" you've created a great site, added features along the way but basically left us alone, not having to deal with changes every week. Well, you guys still hold the World's Record for being the most outstanding picture host service on this planet!
Lately I've been having a lot of trouble with the glitches and bugs in my other hosting services, but with Deadzoom getting help is never a problem. To top it off, my pictures load the fastest on your site. The pictures are clear, the music is gorgeous, the auctions generate a lot of buyers and of all the picture hosts I have, I must say that I am the most satisfied and delighted with Deadzoom hands down!!
Not to give you guys a big head, but in my humble opinion you are the greatest! I have never, in this day and age of rotten customer service, found an organization with better customer care above and beyond. And, the fact is that is what will make or break any company.
Keep it up and by the way, I sing your praises to anyone who will listen.

Dear Mike, I want to thank you for all the help you have given me over the past few days. At the moment you will probably be zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz , while it is Wednesday 16/30hrs here, so I am preparing tea and then off to work for the next three nights.

Thank you to the Deadzoom Support people who have helped me (the idiot) this weekend. They gave good technical advice to a computer and picture taking novice. I'm not saying I won't need more help, but my pictures and uploads to eBay are better. Hope to learn the Template routine in the near future. Technical Staff at Deadzoom, you are forewarned!

I have been here with you guys for a long time and I haven't hardly ever had any trouble with this site and I will never leave. You people are A1 in my books. I have told lots of people about you and I know some of them has joined up but of course there are those who want something for nothing and they go someplace else. I hear them complain about where they are at the site is down, their jpgs are down so something and I never have to worry about your site. its always up and running smoothly. Your customer service is Superb.

Thanks DEADZOOM! I don't have time to put lots of bells and whistles in my auctions but I do use MANY photos so eBay bidders can see exactly what they're getting. Deadzoom has been super reliable since I joined in 2001 after Comcast's server wouldn't release my pics from the "black hole" of being off-line.

The Customer Service you have taken the time to give me has never been equaled by anyone, anywhere in my entire life and I mean that with all of my heart!
You have solved my issues and I look forward to having more time to experiment with some of the wonderful tools deadzoom offers. I remember that when I was auctioning before there was a template saver that was really cool, so I look forward to playing with that again. About an hour ago, I went ahead and made my account permanent. Something tells me that as far as my quest to survive is concerned, that it was probably one of the best moves I could have made.

Hello Spuport. I have to tell you after all the time I have used your service I have been so pleased with the service! I never worry that my auction pictures are not going to be there. You have great options for resizing pictures that I use all the time. I know it is very easy to take a great service for granted and decided it's time to say , "Thank You"! I just want y'all to know what a difference you made in one old broad's life. At the tender age of 50, I became an ebay seller. Within six months I realized that if I was going to do this I had to cut out the cost of hosting photos thru ebay - half of my monthly payments were photos! But I was totally freaked out about getting a photo host - why? cause I was so computer illiterate that when told to just put the address in my browser bar, I didn't know what a browser bar was! And just saying "html" was enough to start a panic attack. Someone on the ebay boards (bet you'ld like to find that guy and strangle him) suggested I give deadzoom a try. The people at deadzoom not only walked me thru, they explained in language I could understand. No one ever made me feel dumb, even when it was really dumb stuff I was stuck on! Deadzoom has not only been my photo host, it's been my mentor. No one there may realize it but you opened so many doors and turned on so many lights - you helped me take so many first steps. That was what I needed but couldn't find till deadzoom. I take advantage of everything on the deadzoom site - the practice board, the tutorials, the links to other sites, the template (3 cheers for the template!!!). You've not only helped me, you've encouraged me and given me pats on the back! mostly for stuff that was probably pre-elementary to your way of thinking. AND - on top of being a great group of people - you run a great service!! Down time is almost non-existent - in fact I can think of only one time since the year 2000 when I first signed up that photos weren't showing and that was fixed pronto! Reasonable rates, great service and people willing to take a minute to help - where else but deadzoom?! I am a number one fan, devotee and drum banger of deadzoom.com!!!
